Compassion for All Living Beings, Care for the Earth
PCAP (Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and Plants) is a global movement founded in 1977 by philosopher and seer Shrii P.R. Sarkar. Guided by the philosophy of Neohumanism, PCAP works to protect animals, plants, and the environment out of compassion and love — recognizing their intrinsic right to exist, not merely their utility to humans.
Our Mission
To work for the all-round emancipation of all beings under the guiding principles of Neohumanism.
To uplift humanity by showing the path to higher consciousness, moving beyond selfishness and narrow thinking.
To create practical models of sustainable eco-communities where humans, animals, and plants coexist in harmony on the physical, mental, and spiritual levels.
Our Vision
A world where all creatures — human, animal, plant, and beyond — live in prosperity and harmony, free from cruelty and exploitation. A world where stewardship of the Earth is embraced as a sacred duty and the right of all beings to exist is honored in both law and human conscience.
